1. How do I order a Custom Pet Portrait?
A - You would first email me @ lsdevito@gmail.com .

2. What information do you need when I email you?
A - I need to know the size portrait you want done and if there is any particular background you have in mind.

3. What color backgrounds do you suggest?
A.. I usually lean towards, Aquas, bright blues, pinks of all shades, yellows and greens.
If you would like me to pick for you I can do that too.

4. How much is shipping?
A. Depends on the size. Up to 20" x 20" shipped USPS ,
sizes larger than 20" x 20" are shipped FEDEX
5. What is the turnaround time?
A. Turnaround time - 2-3 weeks

6. What if I have more than one pet that I want a portrait for?
I can do as many paintings as your little heart desires!

7. I am interested in one of your Other paintings, how do I buy them?
A. You may buy a painting a few different ways. You may email me directly and I will send you a paypal invoice. You may also buy any of my paintings on my etsy site (link above)

8. What kind of payment do you take?
A - I take Paypal and personal checks. Your painting is shipped after your check clears.
9. May I return a painting?
A. - At this time, all sales are final.

10. For a custom portrait what do I need to send you?
A. - I would need at least 2-3 photographs, close up if possible of your pet.

11. Will the painting look exactly like my Pet?
Great Question! I LOVE painting Custom Pet Portraits! Please keep in mind that as an Impressionistic Artist, my painting will be MY impression of your pet and their personality, through the photos you send and any anecdotes you share. My paintings are not designed to be "realistic" or to look "just like a photo", but to capture the essence of your Pet in a whimsical and colorful way!!!
