Marbles...the Gray cat

I just finished a commission of 
"Marbles" 
-a very old
and very sweet
gray Cat. 
Her current pictures did not do her justice, and so I tried to imagine Marbles...
in better days...younger days...

    Beautiful painting, as always, Lesli. What a sweet face! I just showed this to my husband and he laughed out loud because our big handsome gray kitty is Marbles' twin!
